一、学校简介 Brief Introduction of SCNU

华南师范大学始建于1933年，是一所办学历史悠久、学科门类齐全、发展势头迅猛的国家“211工程”重点建设大学、广东省人民政府和教育部重点共建大学、广东省高水平重点建设大学、国家建设世界一流学科大学。学校物理学列入国家“世界一流学科”重点建设行列；在教育部第四轮学科评估中，心理学、体育学、教育学、马克思主义理论4个学科进入A类学科，其中心理学获评A+学科；物理学、化学、数学、工程学、植物学与动物学、材料科学6个学科进入ESI 全球前1%。学校有91个本科专业，其中国家级一流本科专业建设点19个，广东省一流本科专业建设点9个。有19个博士授权一级学科，1个博士专业学位授权点，33个硕士授权一级学科，18个硕士专业学位授权点，18个博士后科研流动站。学校现有广州石牌、广州大学城和佛山南海3个校区，校园占地面积3025亩，校舍面积153万平方米，图书402万册。

Founded in 1933, South China Normal University (SCNU) is a key university with a long history of cultivating talents, a comprehensive range of disciplines and rapid development momentum. Recent years have witnessed its becoming a member of “Project 211”, the co-construction of SCNU by Guangdong Provincial Government and Ministry of Education, its entry into Guangdong High-Level University Sponsoring Project and its entering the national project of “World-class Disciplines Construction”. The discipline of Physics of SCNU has entered the national project of “World-class Disciplines Construction”. In the fourth round of discipline evaluation organized by the Ministry of Education of China, four disciplines of SCNU, Psychology, Education, Physical Education and Marxist Theory, have been ranked as A-level disciplines, in which Psychology was awarded A⁺-level discipline. Six disciplines, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Engineering, Plant & Animal Science, and Materials Science have entered top 1% of World ESI. The university has 91 undergraduate majors, including 19 national first-class undergraduate major construction sites and 9 Guangdong first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites. There are 19 first-level disciplines authorized to offer doctorate degree, 1 authorized site for doctorate degree, 33 first-level disciplines authorized to offer master degree, 18 authorized sites for master degree, and 18 mobile stations for post-doctoral research. 生物学、教育学、心理学、理论经济学、体育学、中国语言文学、物理学、马克思主义理论、数学、哲学、地理学、中国史、世界史、生态学、化学、应用经济学、电子科学与技术、软件工程。未设博士后科研流动站的学科，可依托相近学科流动站招收博士后。

Biology, Education, Psychology, Theoretical Economics, Physical Education, Chinese Language and Literature, Physics, Marxist Theory, Mathematics, Philosophy, Geography, Chinese History, World History, Ecology, Chemistry, Applied Economics, Electronics Science and Technology, Software engineering. Disciplines that do not have a post-doctoral mobile station can rely on mobile stations of similar disciplines to recruit post-doctors.

三、人才层次及申请条件

Talent Level and Application Requirements

（一）杰出人才 Outstanding Talent

原则上年龄不超过55周岁。拥有良好的学术声誉和学术领导能力，已取得国际同行公认的标志性成果，近五年科研成果丰富，来校后能担任本学科带头人。如国家重大人才项目入选者或学术水平与之相当者。

Candidates, preferably under 55 years old, should have great academic reputation and leadership. He/She is expected to have achieved internationally recognized landmark research achievements and have had abundant research achievements in recent 5 years. Candidates can assume the leading role in the field of his/her research after employment and can be qualified to be listed in major national talent programs or those with equivalent academic level.

（二）领军人才Leading Talent

原则上年龄不超过50周岁。拥有良好的学术领导能力，已取得国内同行公认的标志性成果，近五年科研成果丰富，来校后能担任本学科或方向带头人。

Candidates, preferably under 50 years old, are expected to have great academic leadership and have achieved nationally recognized landmark achievement and have abundant research achievements in recent 5 years. Candidates can assume the leading role in his/her discipline or field of research after employment.

（三）青年拔尖人才Outstanding Young Talent

自然科学学科申请者原则上年龄不超过40周岁，艺术学、哲学和人文社会科学学科申请者原则上年龄不超过45周岁，已取得原创性科研成果并获同行专家认可，达到国家“四青”人才水平或具有冲击国家“四青”人才的能力。

In principle, the candidates' age should not exceed 40 years old if he/she has a doctoral degree of natural science and should not exceed 45 years old if he/she has a doctoral degree of art, philosophy, humanities and social sciences. The candidates should have achieved original scientific research results and well-recognized by experts in the field and have reached the ability of China's Four Categories of Youth Talents or have great potential for development.

（四）青年英才Young Talent

原则上年龄不超过35周岁，业绩特别突出的艺术学、哲学和人文社会科学学科申请者，可放宽至38周岁。在中国科学院、中国社科院、教育部学科评估A类学科所在高校或世界排名前200名高校（国际公认的四大全球大学排行榜：ARWU、QS、THE、US News，下同）获得博士学历学位或从事博士后研究工作；取得原创性科研工作成果，具有突出的学术潜力和活力。

The age of the candidates, preferably under 35, can be prolonged to 38 if he/she has outstanding academic performance in art, philosophy, humanities and social sciences. Doctorate degree or postdoctoral research should have gained or undertaken in such universities or institutions as Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, discipline at universities ranked no lower than A level in Ministry of Education evaluation or the top 200 universities in the world (internationally recognized four global university rankings: ARWU, QS, THE, US News, the same hereinafter). Candidates are expected to have achieved original research results in the field with impressive academic potentiality and vitality. 

（五）青年英才（博士后）Young Talent (Post-doctors)

原则上年龄不超过35周岁。在中国科学院、中国社科院、排名不低于我校的国内高校、所在学科排名不低于我校同学科的国内高校或世界排名前500名高校获得博士学历学位；取得较好的科研工作成果，具有明显的学术潜力和活力。青年英才（博士后）同时纳入国家或广东省博士后管理。

The candidates, preferably under 35, are expected to have gained his/her doctorate degree in such universities or institutions as Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, domestic universities and discipline ranked no lower than SCNU in comprehensive competitiveness or the top 500 universities in the world. The candidates are expected to have achieved good research results in the field with outstanding academic potentiality and vitality. Young Talent (Post-doctors) will be also included in the national or provincial postdoctoral management. 

（六）博士后Post-doctors

原则上年龄不超过35周岁，获得博士学历学位，具有一定的学术潜力和活力。

The candidates, preferably under 35, are expected to have gained his/her doctorate degree with certain academic potentiality and vitality.

四、待遇条件 Reward & Treatment

（一）聘用待遇 Employment Rewards

1.杰出人才、领军人才 Outstanding Talent & Leading Talent

入编，聘任教授或研究员职务，提供有竞争力的年薪和房补，根据学科基础和实际需要研究确定科研启动经费，帮助组建团队。

Candidates can be recruited as Professor or Researcher. SCNU will provide competitive annual salary and housing allowance. Research start-up fund will be provided according to discipline foundation and actual needs. SCNU will also help build the research team. 

2.青年拔尖人才Outstanding Young Talent

入编，聘任或优先聘任副高或正高级职务，年薪税前30-60万元，房补最高可达税前200万元，按学科基础和实际需要研究确定科研启动经费。

The candidates can be recruited as Professor, Associate Professor or position of equivalent level. The candidates will be rewarded with an annual pre-tax salary of 300,000-600,000 yuan. Housing Allowance of up to pre-tax 2 million yuan will be provided. Research start-up fund will be provided according to discipline foundation and actual needs.

3.青年英才、青年英才（博士后）、博士后

Young Talent, Young Talent (Post-doctors), Post-doctors

（1）学校待遇  SCNU Rewards

①基本工资、基础性绩效和租房补贴（不含“五险一金”单位部分）：Salary, Rewards and Rental Allowance (excluding Social Insurances and Housing Provident Fund paid by SCNU)

青年英才聘特聘研究员，聘期三年，基本工资15万元/年，基础性绩效10万元/年，租房补贴2.4万元/年，三项合计27.4万元/年；

Young Talent will be employed for a term of 3 years as Special Researcher. The total payment is 274,000 yuan per year, namely basic salary of 150,000 yuan, annual rewards of 100,000 yuan and rental allowance of 24,000 yuan. 

青年英才（博士后）聘特聘副研究员，聘期三年，基本工资按国家和广东省提供的博士后专项经费15万元/年执行，基础性绩效8万元/年，租房补贴2.4万元/年，三项合计25.4万元/年；

Young Talent (Post-doctors) will be employed for a term of 3 years as Special Associate Researcher. The total payment is 254,000 yuan per year, namely basic salary is based on the post-doctoral funding of 150,000 yuan provided by the state and Guangdong Province, annual rewards of 80,000 yuan and rental allowance of 24,000 yuan.  

博士后聘特聘助理研究员，聘期两年，基本工资按国家和广东省提供的博士后专项经费15万元/年执行。

Post-doctors will be employed for a term of 2 years as Special Assistant Researcher. The basic salary is based on the post-doctoral funding of 150,000 yuan per year provided by the state and Guangdong Province.

②奖励性绩效：聘期内依托我校以项目负责人身份申获以下科研项目，可享受奖励性绩效，从当前聘期第一个月补齐：申获博士后科学基金，享受奖励性绩效2万元/年；申获教育部人文社科项目、全国教育科学规划部级项目，享受奖励性绩效3万元/年；申获国家基金青年项目、全国教育科学规划国家级项目，享受奖励性绩效5万元/年；申获国家基金面上（一般）项目、国家“博士后创新人才支持计划”，享受奖励性绩效10万元/年。申获多项博士后科学基金的，只奖励一次；申获上述其他项目多项的，按不重复原则就高奖励。

Performance Rewards: During the term of employment, a candidate as project leader, can apply for rewards from the first month of employment if he/she successfully obtains any of the following scientific research projects under SCNU: For a project supported by Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the candidate will enjoy awards of 20,000 yuan per year. For a project supported by Social Science Project of Ministry of Education or National Education Scientific Planning(ministerial level), the candidate will enjoy awards of 30,000 yuan per year. For a project supported by National Foundation for Young Scholars or National Education Scientific Planning(state level), the candidate will enjoy rewards of 50,000 yuan per year. For a project supported by National Foundation for General Programs or Nation Postdoctoral Creative Talents Planning, the candidate will enjoy rewards of 100,000 yuan per year. Those who apply for several projects supported by Postdoctoral Science Foundation will be awarded only once; those who apply for several projects mentioned above will be awarded highest one without repetition.

（2）学院待遇：除学校提供的待遇外，可享受所在学院提供的相关待遇。

School Rewards: Besides the rewards provided by SCNU, the candidates can also enjoy the relevant rewards provided by his/her belonging School.

（二）其他福利 Other Benefits

1.杰出人才、领军人才和青年拔尖人才的子女可按规定申请入读华南师范大学附属幼儿园、小学和初中；青年英才、青年英才（博士后）的子女可按规定申请入读华南师范大学附属幼儿园和小学；博士后子女可按有关规定申请入读除石牌校区以外的附属幼儿园和小学。

The candidate's children of Outstanding Talent, Leading Talent and Outstanding Young Talent can apply to study in the affiliated kindergarten, primary school and middle school of SCNU according to relevant regulations. The candidate's children of Young Talent and Young Talent (Post-doctors) can apply to study in the affiliated kindergarten and primary school of SCNU according to relevant regulations. The candidate's children of Post-doctors can apply to study in the affiliated kindergarten and primary school of SCNU other than Shipai campus according to relevant regulations. 

2.在房源许可的前提下，青年英才（博士后）可申请租住博士后公寓（不再享受租房补贴）。

When housing resources are sufficient, the Young Talent (Post-doctors) can apply for renting postdoctoral apartments, but can no longer enjoy rental allowance.

个人简历，包括近五年承担的科研项目、发表的论文（注明SCI、EI、SSCI、CSSCI收录情况，期刊影响因子和论文他引次数）、获奖成果清单。

The candidates should provide CV (including research projects undertaken in the past five years, publications indicated the SCI, EI, SSCI, CSSCI, journal impact factor and citations), and list of awards .
